Habits may be something to overcome, unless they really serves us all.


We all know that something not so good that we do for long time, sooner than later should be cut off from your life routine. "For long", it is what makes it less easy to put a full stop. Anyway, I leave that with you for now, until you may feel the need to overcome it and book an appointment. It will be a pleasure to assist you with that.


To create a consistent regular discipline in our nourishment is really essential for the best function of our digestive system, as a start, but also as question of self-respect. In this case we are evidencing the need of having a good habit.


Honestly, love for the self will never allow us to eat wrong things or in radical ways, will it?Eating on time, meaning practically at the same daily time is respecting the function of our biological clock which will start preparing the body to receive a meal, that meal that happens more or less at that specific time. If for you that is not so easy due to your demanding activity, create a method to approach the discipline to as close as possible to its normal trend, while you will still be respecting your metabolism by eating some simple short non-sugary snacks (rice cakes, for instance) until you are ready for your meal.


I would like to remind you that keeping an empty stomach for a long time can lead to several negative health effects, including poor concentration, mood swings, irritability, increased stress hormone levels, potential nutrient deficiencies, and can even exacerbate digestive issues like gastritis, especially if done frequently, once that is a way to burn extra reserves of sugar/energy in your body, which may also align you to diabetes, in the future.
