The first good rule for a healthy meal is to have a colour presentation.
The diversity of colour usually means a good quantity of essential nutrients and flavours, which turn meals into a real pleasure to the mouth and the body. Simply remember that vitamins show a variety of colour amongst them, therefore, the more colour in your dish, the more nutrients who are absorbing. Honestly, a plain colour dish turns to be very boring, and your mind is reading it. Also, always try to combine at least one ingredient of one dish to the second one, meaning if you have a carrot soup as an entry, make sure you will create the main dish with carrots as part of it, as well as the desert. This way, at the time for digestion, the body is helped to better metabolise it all with the help of "the good ambassador" playing the role of combining dishes for a better absorption.
