Group Meditation (online)

Service Description

This type of meditation sets the future through positive affirmations, together with the visualization of achievable goals, and the feelings they create while experiencing it. This drill gives a sense of togetherness and belonging, even while online, because there is a warm sharing in the beginning and end of each session.
